Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Short version: the Feckless app collects nothing. Your screen time, the apps you pick and your answers stay on your iPhone.

Who we are

Feckless is made by an independent developer based in the EU ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

The iPhone app

If we add in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple. We may then use RevenueCat to check whether you have an active purchase, which involves an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history. This policy will be updated before that happens.

This website and the waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, your answer to the price question, the optional "where did you find us" text, the referring page and your approximate country (from Cloudflare). We use it only to tell you when Feckless launches and to understand pricing interest. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). The data is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. We keep it until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

The website uses no cookies and no analytics trackers.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Children

Feckless is not directed at children under 13. The optional swearing mode is only available to users who confirm they are 18 or older.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, say so in the app.
